MUSINGS IN Cb: “The Best of Times, The Worst of Times?”

We seem to be headed into a world with a different type of economic foundation.  One where wealth as we now know it, becomes obsolete, much like the Star Trek society where everything is “free” – food, shelter, clothing, education, everything.

How does this relate to music, you may ask?

Well, I want to stream concerts from a nice location at some point in the near future.  I also want to give substantive music lessons, master classes and clinics via stream.

But, and up until now, the entry into this aspect of production was prohibitive cost-wise (regarding the technology).  Much like recording and releasing my own music on my own and outside the major label system was in the middle 1990s.

Now, check out what Google has made available for FREE – we are indeed living in great times as artists. 😀

Since I have been thinking about this idea for about 10 years now, I have even come up with a unique business model to earn income from my offerings in this context as well.  Stay tuned …

Look for my Google+ Hangouts on Air soon …

Peace, Cb
